During COVID, lots of people got into baking bread. Once we decided that COVID was over and people began returning to their normal routines, this mostly stopped, largely due to the fact that people were sick of spending six hours doing something in order to get one loaf of shitty bread.

However, some people have kept the sourdough practice going, making bread often and in the most unlikely of places. For example, this woman decided to make sourdough on a plane.

While she insisted in the comments that the people around her were okay with it, I’m sure many were confused when the plane suddenly started smelling like yeast. Also, how she managed to get a bag of flour past security without being detained for possible drug smuggling is beyond me.
